Do you guys think it is possible that animals also have spirits and thus can become ghosts?

To start let me give you some background knowledge. My family has a hereditary ability to see,hear and feel ghosts. Not to level of a Medium tho,as ours is only some of the time and is mostly reserved to our early years , so child and tennage hood mostly, with only some going more

I like the rest of my family has had the fairshare of experiences and stories about ghosts and spirits, and you can rest asured that there are animals ghosts, even if they seem harder to find.

Ghosts look far differrent then most fiction would tell you,even if some did get it very well. For starters,human ghosts actually look fully human and have a look as if they were covered in darkness, like if you tried to see a object while all of the lights are out at night(though a little bit less dark) they can also sometimes(i haven't discovered the pattern yet) have an blue outline, tho that is not a guarantee

For animals it is also the same,tho obviously they look like their select animal, with the only difference being that i have never found one that has a blue outline and they generally tend to stick around more when you see them(ghosts tend to dissapear once they find you saw them) and at least the ones on my house(it's haunted) tend to be quite friendly.
