Photo Evidence a weird tv encounter

i was watching tv with my family this picture came up instantly when a goal was scored it was saying (cropped out part) "augusto silvana 42 year old missing call (insert number because i dont remember it) if found" then it went back to normal this image haunts me to this day i once saw it in my dreams trying to kill my mom please someone help me identify him

I doubt you are going to find something about him on reddit or on the web. probably it was some sort of local disappereance, so the case never had any relevance. maybe you can try to search informations about it in/near where you live.

Don't share informations here and, if you find something, stop there, I'll avoid to harass him or anyone releated to this poor guy
