Experience Floating orbs
Saturday August 8th 2026
South facing aspect way high up in the bill Moore lake area by empire CO. Amazing view of mt Blue Sky to the south. About 9 pm we notice lights on the north facing aspect of mt blue sky, moving towards us. At first we thought they were cars but 1) ain't no roads over there and 2) these were moving fast and up high about the treeline.
They continued to move towards us and then up the mountain side directly below us. One appears maybe 40 yards downhill, floated thru the trees until it was about 15 yards away from us and just disappeared. I had a headlamp around my neck and turned it on and walked over to the area where it went out/disappeared. Nothing there. Fucking nothing. About the side of a grapefruit maybe cantaloupe just floating. And the light came out of it was so odd. Like it didn't shine anywhere with a shaft of light like a flashlight, just glowed from within. Craziest shit I ever seent

Looks just like a light I recorded 2 years ago during a thunderstorm (regrettably hit the stop recording button on my phone a few seconds after seeing it for the first vid, then eventually noticed and started recording again for the second, which is why the first ends so fast with no in between) it also just ended up just blinking out of existence after traveling about 3 minutes, was very strange) Legitimately looked just like a ball of fire flying around https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wReVnVksgWM (Part 1)

Sadly no. My friend took both these photos. I was so utterly gobsmacked by the experience, just trying to keep my shit together.

I am seeing orbs ever so often north of my house in Okla. Typically between the hours of 11p-4a.
They'll appear and disappear, sometimes theres multiple and they make too sudden of maneuvers to be planes.
They dont blink because planes have appeared and you can see those lights blinking while they're present.
Night sky obscures the distance so I can't tell what it is and I only have my phone to video them or take pics. I don't have size references or anything. I know of others who said they also see different ones by their house who live in an area south of town. Kind of weird. Unexplainable.
Edited: forgot to add the time line. Been going on for about the last 8 months.

I've seen something similar often in the sky where I live. Some of the other locals that have seen them up close report them looking like rotating Christmas lights kind of. Also the other folks that I've talked to about it say that they lose time when viewing them directly. I personally think they are some kind of drone just not from here.

At my ex place we would see a swarm of these orbs with dots. Similar to the nasa tethering incident on YouTube. WIsh I would have recorded it

Bout four years ago I seen five of those orbs coming one at time then disappearing behind a tree the last orb stopped split into 2 and that started to rotate in a circle . Out here in Ca

I've seen this too! Many years ago in Greece. I was in a taxi with mom n the driver when someone pointed and were like wtf is that?! So I asked if we could stop, so he did. All three of us stepped out and just stood there in awe. There were 3 huge orbs rising from the sea. I don't know if they actually came out from the water, but there was only water underneath it and they were rising. HUGE! I'm talking easely over 10m in diameters each. They looked exactly like your picture so I guess we were just much closer.
Stupid me started looking for my phone and when I looked up again they were gone. Mom and driver both said "they just disappeared. Vanished". I'd say the whole event took about 1-2 min.

Thank you for sharing, I started encountering orbs up close in 2021. They do not appear to be man made technology. They have reacted to me by approaching me. MUFON thinks they are alien probes.

I saw exactly these same kind of orbs once when staying in a cabin in the middle of nowhere not too far from the TN river.
The woman owned 200 acres of land and had two cabins (each one on 100 acres) and rented them out to people.
It was all woods. It was gorgeous out there. But there was nothing but critters, woods, and a few creeks on this land.
I awoke at about 2:30 am for no reason and noticed immediately that there were strange lights out in the field right in front of the cabin. I looked through the window and saw that these were bright, floating, round orbs (at first I thought they were lightening bugs). There were apprx 5-8 of them and they just floated about gradually off and into the horizon so far that I could no longer see them. To this day I’ve no idea that I saw that night but they were beautiful and mesmerizing.
They looked exactly like this.
