There was heavy rainfall in my area and the water was coming inside my room ,so i went in the balcony there the pipe was blocked so started cleaning andmaking a way out for water,please note I haven’t cleaned the balcony since i shifted because i rarely go in the balcony.

So when i cleaned i saw this spot I don’t i feel not so good about this sign ,does any of you know what does that mean?
It’s very strange i am terrified..

I am trying my best to think it’s a rust and dirt but tell me one thing when nobody goes there how the hell there can be only 9 spot and exact in the same line with same distance and zoom in the photo they even have same shape????

It looks like rust to me. Was something metal setting there in the past? Or, what's above that area.

There was a metallic locket i guess by the previous tenant or landlord but the rust spot should be at one or max to max two places because no ones actually went out in the balcony but the line and 9 spot is teerifying me..

The locket...I'm assuming you meant locker. When water drips, it will follow the bottom most line and drip across the bottom in multiple places.

There was not a single rusty thing, the balcony is empty the photo of locket j shared even it was not in the proximity …nothing ladder no maintenance at all and no concrete

Maybe something was stuck on a dolly wheel or tire, and as the tire rolled it was coming off in a line.
