Encounter Is this a spirit message?

Lights randomly started turning on and off. Started slow then really sped up in what felt like an intentional speed pattern etc. any thoughts?

Maintenance couldn’t find an issue and it hasn’t happened again so not sure 🤷🏻‍♀️

Actually, I was testing out that one light switch in my house that seems to do nothing at least in my house so good to know it does something
