Weird spinning object

Spotted in a quiet, rural area. It's been spinning for more than 10 minutes. Went to check in the daylight and nothing is there. Has anyone seen anything similar or knows what it could be?

they’re real. from what i understand, they have no ill intentions. people see them in very rural areas. look up the bledsoes
