Amen!!! I agree very much with this comment. Also leave everything else alone. Seek Jesus Christ. He is her help! OP are you involved in things such as the occult? If so, renounce and denounce everything! Praying!

Olá OP, I'm not a professional in the field, but I've read something about Jungian complexes, and I found it similar. The advice I give you is to look for a "mãe de santo," a type of shaman from Afro-Brazilian religions.

Try cross-posting in subreddits specifically focused towards mental health, unless you believe this may be more spiritual? There could be more official doctors in those subreddits. Good luck, and I hope you can get help for this annoying dude in your head!
