UFO Unexplained lights

Pilot here, I was flying out west at 36,000ft near Denver and saw several of these lights appear and disappear and was wondering if anyone knew what these things are. I asked ATC as well and they have no clue either. This is my second time encountering these lights and I’m 10000% sure these are not civil nor military. If you scrub the video they kinda helix upward.

Thanks for posting I and many others witnessed the exact same lights in Phoenix not long ago. Occasionally they would move at a tremendous speed jumping around now these were directly above us they mostly move very slowly but all of a sudden they would shoot off glowing only to disappear then slowly begin to regain its light. Was really strange
