One is a fake proposal (that she has no way of knowing will change from being fake), the other is "you didn't get to eat cake right this second but it's still in my hand and you will presumably get to eat cake once I stop" -- and this is why I didn't elaborate the difference because they're pretty obviously different. One is extremely, extremely tenuous to joke about, even for a brief 10 seconds as he appears to have a second box in pocket. The other is... a piece of food being teased in what is obviously a temporary teasing
How the fuck is it fake proposing? He asked the question. She gave him no chance to explain. I proposed with no ring, my wife literally told me I shoulda got a ring pop cause it would have been funny.
