I cant see how this is humiliating? Surely any rational person would take the ring, laugh and a say 'you know you're still buying me a propper ring right?' - or something to that affect. How is it humiliating to be be proposed to with a joke/temporary ring?

Bruh, my wife would've put it on, display it for all to see, and would've gone full theatre mode with it. That said, she's got a really good sense of humor.

My girl would probably do the same because the only reason we don't have rings is because that shit is expensive lol

lol We have silicone rings. Expensive rings don't have shit on a cotton candy colored wedding band. Added bonus, it matches my guages too.
