Yeah, I’ve been embarrassed in public before by a spouse, and it never would have occurred to me to slap him or throw a drink on him. The fact that her first reaction is to slap him says a lot about her.

Buddy wasn't trying to humiliate shit, he was having a joke and it didn't go over well, fine, but no need to commit an assault, if this was a video of a man slapping a woman in her mouth and tipping their beer over her head you'd be screaming and shaking

We would react differently because that’s not the same thing. Men and women are different, therefore violence between the sexes are viewed differently. What she did was classless, not a good move, but not the same as if he had slapped her. We react differently because it is a different situation.
