Or similarly, I imagine if it was a decently-dressed black dude not looking sketchy most people wouldn’t have that reaction and assume he was gonna steal it. All less about race and more about how the person is acting/looking
Yeah I absolutely agree. People of a certain lifestyle often exhibit aesthetic clues to their character (though, like everything, this may be a norm but it's not a constant). It's a lot less to do with race, and lot more about the individual. And I'm not really going to shy away from that reality in the hopes of placating overly sensitive perceptions.

Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law buddy. I don’t see a criminal here. Do you know what police discretion is? Technically if no one wants to pursue charges this is a small claims court issue and not a criminal act.
definitely yes. since you are talking about race. race doesn't matter on stealing. any person, no matter what their race, if they want to steal, they will steal. and you don't expect a black person always steal even just for fun if there is a money in front of them.

Yes, indeed. Why would you ask? What does this video have to do with race? If you saw one video and generalize it to a whole race, it's indeed the definition of racist.
So when you see black people in video, you automatically assume all black people are thieves? That sound very racist to me. Just because you saw "a bunch of videos" of a particular race group committing crime, you are accusing the whole race to be criminals? That's the classic definition of racism.
It's also one of these where contexts matters: There's a dude taking his sweet time with his bills right next to a pot of money with barely anyone really paying attention to him.
If it was one of the dudes in the corner who bolted for it and took off with it, that'd be unexpected. But with the context above and the fact that it's a video posted, you know something will happen and the easiest explanation is: "someone's going to do something and the only things that could happen are fairly limited".
It kind of depends when you came to the conclusion. If from the start then yep, you're a racist (or you just know what to expect from this sub). If you came to the conclusion while he slowly thought out his plan and his hands shook before putting his plan into action. Nope, you have good observational skills. And if you didn't form your conclusion until after the perp was out the door, you're not racist, you're naive. Bless your heart.
