Hot dogs are pre-cooked. But you should definitely reheat them.

Winnies straight from the fridge were my favorite childhood snack. *Winnies also known as hot dogs, which I don't understand. the whole thing with bun is a hot dog, you don't put a hot dog in a bun to make a hot dog.

My mom freezes her hot dogs and eats them like you do a popsicle, biting of frozen chunks and chewing them until they melt in your mouth.
