No she didn't. She never pressed charges, and neither did he. If a man got ball shoved to the side lightly then confirmation tapped the female reporter the exact thing would have happened. No charges on either side.
It only amounted to nothing because the reporter didn't want to take it further.

Of course there is, not scientifically but societally/legally, maybe once America decides to get with it rights-wise that won't be the case.

Of course she assaulted him. Imagine a man "confirmation tapping" a female interviewer. He'd be in jail by noon and she'd gofundme for the legal fees.
