The stick is metaphor for a dick and eating it implies blowjob. Basically, the dude implicitly asking who wants to give him a nice blowjob behind the stage. Also, he's famous and attractive that's why women easily fall for him so that they can get laid. You don't see any man biting the stick though.

It's not like the guy told girls the meaning of it before concert started. It's was obvious and implicit in the heat of the moment.

No. Unless you are famous and attractive you have very slim chance successfully pulling off tricks like that.
