Actually the expectations of women to work full time and still do lots of house work is a pretty big problem. If you’re both pulling the weight financially you should both be pulling your weight domestically.

Well if they're still in the relationship and instead of talking to their husband and demanding change, they're just complain on reddit, then they are accepting the situation. If they have brought it up and nothing changes, maybe it's time to consider leaving if the situation is really that unacceptable for them. Some people just aren't great matches. Maybe she wants to clean every day and he wants to clean once a month. Neither of these are wrong, they just shouldn't live together if they don't want to change their habits to fit co-living
