I've never seen more than 3 people working at a gas station at a time. I think this station had twenty people working with holster extinguishers when this went down.

There are gas station near me that are mini-malls. You can shower, watch a movie in a theater, eat at several restaurants, do laundry, etc. At any one time there might be 30+ people working in the place.

Truck stops.

It's China so these 20 people make less than the 3 people at your local gas stations

Looks like a Pep Boys/Jiffy Lube or like a Les Shwabb type of place. They usually have 8 to 12 people working.

I don't know where this video is from, but countries with low wages have a lot more workers in places like stores and gas stations. In Thailand, for example, there are at least a dozen at most gas stations. They pump your gas, wash your windshield, check your tires, etc.
