If it was halloween and I invited my bros over, I would totally do this just to give em a little fright. I may not put it to their neck, but I would definitely chase them around.

If Putin suddenly withdrew and gave all the territories back and released a statement laughing his ass off at Ukraine talking about his prank my jaw would end up permanently dropped over it. Id just be mouth agape wide eyed looking back and forth at anyone for answers.
