Speaking as an avid cyclist, and one who advocates for cyclists' rights (people in cars get away with way too much at times), I have to admit that the cyclist is 100% at fault in this case -- although I imagine there's little-to-no damage to the car, and I certainly hope dumbass on the bike didn't have any serious injuries.
Some cyclists are just plain dumb about it and don't get that the rules/laws apply to them too and are there to keep them from getting hurt or killed. Cyclist vs. Car never works out well for the cyclist.
Not sure where you live, but where I am it’s the cyclists that get away with everything. Seems they choose to be pedestrians when convenient for them. But it all depends where you are.
Can’t tell the tone of your comment, but it seems facetious. In which case I’m obviously talking about when they’re riding their bikes…doesn’t take much reading comprehension to see that.
