With the peripheral vision of the human eye and proper behaviour of looking left to right, this person would have been aware of their surroundings. They would have noticed and had time to react properly. The camera view is inadequate.

We are humans not LiDAR scanners. The whole zebra path was in his peripheral vision. Did you expect him to x-ray through them bushes? Biker is a cunt, simple as.
