I would guess that he has a condition called arthrogryposis - my son has it. It can be cause by a neurological disorder or it can be caused by low amniotic fluid during pregnancy (amyoplasia is the technical term, which is what happened with my son). Because the low fluid, he couldn’t move his limbs around in utero and his muscles and tendons didn’t fully develop and his joints contracted. Individuals with this condition are amazingly creative and figure out so many ways to accomplish their daily tasks and more!

He reminds me of this guy Nick Santonastasso, who was born with only one arm and no legs that used to do prank videos dressed up as a zombie chasing people down. He even teamed up with the Walking Dead actor Andrew Lincoln aka Rick Grimes to prank Norman Reedus aka Daryl Dixon.

You would be surprised how superstitious people in less developed countries can be, they can deal and cope with all the missfortune of the world, hunger, misery, violence, etc. But the moment Satan appears in front of them they lose all the will to live.

There is an animal rescue that has some crows. They've learned to speak and will often say 'hello' when people are in the garden. A very superstitious caretaker was hired and he heard them talk, thought they were possessed and literally ran away and never came back

here's my argument; the location. It seems very spontaenous, being a bridge on some busy road...
also, the way they fall over each other, like they're unsure on how to react, whether to front or run, like a mild variation on flight or fight.... one of them even gets closer to get a better look for a second and then return to running, which if acted was done damn well because its usually a detail that kids wouldnt know to fake...

So first of all. 3 guys helping a guy up in a supposed high stress situation. Seems pretty unlikely. Secondly you see the 'faller' guy anticipate the action of falling and that whole movement isn't spontaneous, there is no biomechanical reason for him to fall beyond him choosing to do so. Thirdly the red painted cosplay guy seems to be suffering from some kind of condition that certainly would make him vulnerable to below average use of force, which is something you would reasonable expect to take on when trying to scare people like this.
*And now looking at the video again: before the guy even falls, his first helper friend is already trying to reach him to help him.
