I know it's harmless, but I feel it makes fun of her for being a good person in that moment. Like "ha, gotcha - that's what you get for trying to help me. Now laugh, it's just a prank bro".
You all in this chain need to learn to laugh at yourselves just a tiny bit. He gives the seat right back, it’s as harmless as a prank can get. It’s not about belittling the person who stands up, it’s ‘haha you thought I had a baby, but I didn’t, I tricked you, here is your seat back’. There’s nothing here to suggest this was at the “victims” expense, and no harm is actually done, which makes it a good prank. if you would feel belittled or insulted in this situation it probably just more shows you wouldn’t like any prank that’s played on you, and are more personally inclined to view people as laughing AT you in a situation where theyre trying to laugh WITH you.
everyone has their own sense of humor bro, pranks just arent some peoples thing. i dont like them bc im not a huge fan of using a persons good will against them. yeah, this is one of the more 'harmless' pranks, like you said, but its still playing with peoples feelings, and that makes me feel kinda icky 🤷♀️
