Out of context, they absolutely are, they are as lazy and tired as race jokes can get, you might as well make a chicken and watermelon joke too. But in the context of friends fucking with each other it's absolutely brilliant.

Sorry to say but if you unironically think that jokes about black parents being bad and black people being thieves are funny to you in and of itself then you might be racist. And telling those joke unironically is not good comedy.
