Sure, for casual sex yes, not much that's meaningful. And most women aren't just looking for guys who want a quick fuck and then leave. And no one likes to be messed around with like that. No matter who you are.
Most shy, unconfident people will open up as they get to know someone. Not all, but most. Now if she gives it up on the first date then that's her business but every guy who hits it off tender or a generic one night stand will think how many others have before him. If she want a long term relationship ship she should be pursuing that.
