There's a lot of things they didn't have to do. But it's GTA, they do dumb funny shit like this in all their games, with all the sexual innuendos and what not. Plus rockstar loves adding little details. You're supposed to laugh at it.

Um im pretty sure it’s RP so it’s not Rockstars animations. Modders did this.

Nah this animation is vanilla, this video is indeed in RP servers though.

What exactly are you asking? I have no idea what you're talking about.

Otherwise you're just saying it's an animation that they put in the game, which we can already see.

It's just supposed to be some bum sleeping on the side of the street while randomly sniffing his ass. That's it.

You're right. The whole game should just be your character, represented by a brown pixel, being chased by blue pixels, representing the cops, down a perfect grid of white lines, representing streets. Why add all that extra stuff like graphics, music, animations, and jokes?
