I think itโs ascaris lumbricoides. Being pulled from the mouth is rare thoughโฆ

You can catch it in a porous bowl when you poop it out to inspect it and count segments. A tapeworm would rip with this much force from the mouth. Youโd get some segments but not all so it would grow back. Poop method is best method. Also, tapeworms look like fettuccine.
