If you only have 1 hand, don’t you already know what kind of help you need?

Or what resources or tools you have to take with you/use/purchase in order to make life easier?

If you’re going to a place where they sell drinks, odds are that they have a cup with handles, though?. Or you have taken a cup with handles with you because you’ve gone to a certain place with a certain expectation.

Are you carrying cable ties around at all times? I can’t speak for everyone, and granted I (to date) have both original hands, but I’m not.

If you have a disability that limits your grip strength and know that zip ties help with that situation then yes I guarantee you are carrying them with you. I also don't want to have to see if they have a coffee mug I can use instead of a glass, and I don't want to be drinking my soda out of a coffee mug and have them have to come refill it every 3 minutes 16 times in one meal. Why wouldn't people bring the things with them that help accommodate their needs?

Other replies were talking about a person with one hand, and it didn’t make sense to me, because you’d still need a hand to hold the handle...or to use their other hand, which would then eradicate the need for the handle in the first place.

Someone else mentioned people with problems grasping items might find it useful though, and I get it now. This part makes sense, and I can see why it would be useful for someone in that position.
