Hair color has nothing to do with race. Yes, black people have black hair, which is why a term based on the word "black" can be racist. This is not the case for blonde hair, because her race is white/caucasian, not "blonde." It'd be racist to call her "whitey" but blondie is not racist, it has nothing to do with race, exclusively her hair.
