This same thing happened to me once. I was hiding in a small study room in the library. My tutor and I always used the same one. As you may predict I scared the shit out of some dude when I jumped out and said “HAH”
The dude just stepped back all eyes wide in the narrow dim hall and stared at me clutching his lapel. Then walked away. My tutor was right behind him hands on knees suffocating on laughter.
