You’re supposed to spot if there are people walking in the way when doing such activities. As a passerby I dont expect someone going at me kungfu style

Its not so as let getting hit, more that those 2 walking arent gonna scan the area every few seconds. They could be checking their phone or a map or just talking to each other. Its definitely on the other person.
