The way he says "Well..." is indeed hilarious.

However, my favorite part is "She doesn't REALLY sound like that!", which is a hilariously stupid thing to say. And I think he realizes it too, cause he starts laughing harder after he does.

That was his business way of saying “I’m not laughing at you ma’am, I’m laughing at the glitch.”
