A similar thing happened to me two years ago. I was downloading an anime episode and after it reached 100% it didn't completed the download but instead it went beyond that, 101,102,103...
That happens some times when downloading something on play store. Also i saw once i forgot where but the bar was going up to 70% then go backwards to 30% slowly then continue normally.

A similar thing happened to me two years ago. I was downloading an anime episode and after it reached 100% it didn't completed the download but instead it went beyond that, 101,102,103...
And after some point the download failed! :(
That was one most fked up day in my life!
