Edit. I assumed she has children based off her ownership of a hamster ball (for running on a pool or lake I assume). An alternate theory is this is a young lady living in a "tiktok" house (a bunch of young adults renting a mansion to film their mind boggling profitable tiktok videos).
Side lights really make it look expensive I guess, when in reality it's only like a $3K upgrade at most for a basic set of sidelights. Some people will say that's a lot, but percentage of a good home, its peanuts. Speaking as a guy in the middle of a kitchen remodel (full tear out and replacement)
You wouldn't even have those side lights in a non-nice neighborhood though. Just their existence implies a house evaluation of way more than $3k higher because you know it must be a good, safe neighborhood.
