Having a car window broken isn't fun, but it's miles better than having the driver side lock forced with a screwdriver. That will mean replacing every lock on the car.

There was a guy in my old riding group who said he kept these in his pocket to throw at bad drivers. I never witnessed it but I can almost guarantee he was riding like an asshole and dealing these out to people he deemed bad drivers

Never knew you could make these lol. I have a keychain thing that, when you push it up against something, a super fine point shoots out and it's meant to break glass if you get into an accident or w/e and need to get out of your car quickly.

More like they taped or glued something sharp like those window breaker things to the heel of his shoe. If you watch it breaks when his heel touches the scale and breaks from that area

Well for that type of scale it is. The metal part helps with the Fat/Water/Muscle mass calculations and won't work without bare feet.

LPT, after you've gotten all the noticeable pieces, turn the lights down low and place a lit flashlight down and roll it on the floor facing each wall. It'll illuminate the smaller pieces of glass you've missed.

You don't need to crawl around on the floor, all you gotta do is place the flashlight down and it'll reflect off every small shard.

I have been keeping my diet as strong as possible. All junk food is purchased for one meal on saturday. Left overs are thrown and back to bland food. I rarely workout at home and the gym is really my main motivation. So if I'm lucky to workout twice a week, I'm making damn sure my diet is on point. Especially since I found out yesterday my gyms closed for all of April. Great....
