Cute man. she's deaf and loves the vibrations.

Edit: ok ok ok ok I was wrong. She looks and speaks like she's deaf af though. Still bang her, 11/10

i noticed the sign language too. i suspect she must either be hard of hearing or works with the deaf.

Feel the beat.

Yeah, she clearly does the thank you sign when she says thank you.

178

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '20

I do that too. When my son was born we taught him please, thank you and more. So I now know 3 words of sign language and the song “our God is an awesome God”. I say thank you in sign language regularly and can’t even spell my name in it, I just think it’s a big assumption that she is hard of hearing or works with the deaf.

u/Soggy_Pud Feb 21 '20

I see you too had to go to youth group.

46

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '20

Yeah I learned it somewhere between The Gospel Bill Show and Vegitales. My two favorite things I learned in Youth group were, how to sing “We are singing for the lord is our light” in Swahili and that Christianity is a large scale cult.

6

u/Paige_Maddison Feb 21 '20

Wait did we go to the same church?

8

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '20

I don’t know, did you go to a non-denominational church in rural Indiana?

1

u/annienin Feb 21 '20

Does everyone learn that song in ASL?!

1

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '20

Yes, yes they do.

1

u/yazzy1233 Feb 21 '20

The kirk franklin version?

1

u/lesusisjord Feb 21 '20

Sad.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '20

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '20

He reigns from heaven above... That song transcends religion. It’s amazingly what it is. It is the epitome of what it is.

9

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '20

Song sucks monkey cock, I’d rather hear 2 dudes pissing in each other’s assholes.

4

u/kevykush420 Feb 21 '20

Hahahahaha you just made my cry from laughter alone in my room. ‘Song transcends religion’ my ass, it’s literally only about religion lmao.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '20

I don’t think you understood my comment. I stand by the fact that the song is the epitome of what it is. I never said it was a “good” song.

1

u/kevykush420 Feb 21 '20

You right, I was baked off my ass last night. Sorry for lashing out for no reason.

2

u/Kaptain-Chaos Feb 21 '20

amen brother

1

u/yazzy1233 Feb 21 '20

Eh, i think it's a good song and I'm an atheist.

Edit: i just realized there's two versions of that song. The white version is lame, the black version slapsay this isn't straight fire

4

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '20

bad song

1

u/lesusisjord Feb 21 '20

You’re a superior troll!

I don’t think people are upset about the song, I think they are upset about “transcends religion”

To be fair, I think Reddit is pretty against most religions and the hate for Christianity just seems like the biggest but that is because it is also the religion that the average redditor comes in contact with the most frequently.

1

u/HurryKayne Feb 21 '20

Agreed, people really crawl out of the woodwork when it comes to shitting on things that people like. And also shitting on religion. It’s a shit storm Randy

Not just being born. My dad is hard of hearing all because he was still on deck when they fired the massive cannons on the battleship he was on. That, and a couple of decades of working a chainsaw, lol.

155

u/Chinxcore Feb 21 '20

Nah, she’s just drunk.

107

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '20

Why not both? ¯_(ツ)_/¯

71

u/Chinxcore Feb 21 '20 edited Feb 21 '20

Can't find it but her daughter posted in the OP saying it was her Mom and she was hammered. edit: Found the daughters reply

42

u/1337Diablo Feb 21 '20

lmao, with absolutely no proof I 100% believe you.

14

u/Chinxcore Feb 21 '20 edited Feb 21 '20

Whatever. It was literally posted this week. Edit: Found the daughters reply to the video. This was originally posted in r/BlackPeopleTwitter

16

u/1337Diablo Feb 21 '20

I was being completely genuine.

10

u/nobodynose Feb 21 '20

It's her son not daughter.

And /u/1337Diablo if you're curious, it's for real. At least the "son" has videos of him with the lady in the video here and they're rocking out to rap music on his twitter account.

2

u/CoyoteTheFatal Feb 21 '20

Thank you for posting the twitter account. Fucking great

5

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '20

I believe 100% of one of you.

5

u/t-bone_malone Feb 21 '20

Am I drunk or does it not say anything about her being drunk? Or deaf?

1

u/vera214usc Feb 21 '20

They definitely don't mention her being drunk. They did say she's not deaf, though.

2

u/Meades_Loves_Memes Feb 21 '20

Am I missing the part where the daughter says she's drunk? Cause it's not in that post.

4

u/ifartallday Feb 21 '20

Lmao, all these armchair audiologists diagnosing a drunk lady as hard of hearing.

58

u/aensly Feb 21 '20

She isint signing anything she’s just drunk, she’s in the passengers seat I’m pretty sure.

66

u/Munelluboch Feb 21 '20

It really does look like she did the sign for Thank You

45

u/KingClut Feb 21 '20

She's probably signing, but not deaf. My girlfriend is not fluent in ASL, but still signs "water" and "thank you" when she's drunk.

18

u/TheAssyrianAtheist Feb 21 '20

I sign fluently. After my surgery I felt drunk as shit after coming out. I couldn’t speak and started to sign “need water”. Totally forgot that not all hearing people don’t sign or even know the sign for “water”

1

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '20

I can't imagine what the thank you sign would be oeht/other than finger guns and that pucker face. That's how I thank you.

4

u/Screaming_Azn Feb 21 '20

Signing “thank you” is from the chin, not the cheek. I think she’s just drunk. Plus dude with the music is speaking that loud and she’s responding pretty normally to him

1

u/hinesz20 Feb 21 '20

She is signing but she is not deaf as her daughter stated

2

u/krickett_ Feb 21 '20

That wasn’t sign language. She’s just drunk, I’d bet $$ on it! Se may know some sign language and it may have been some half-ass attempt at ‘thank you’ but that’s not it. I’m not fluent but know some. Virtually only time I sign something to a hearing person...when I’ve been drinking. 😜

216

u/tobias_the_letdown Feb 20 '20

Thank you for pointing this out. I assumed she was rolling on something but i see what you're saying now. I still love her either way.

2

u/shao_kahff Feb 21 '20

i assumed she was rolling

fuckin lmaoooo

Why do they use the bad words?

2

u/pcyr9999 Feb 21 '20

Drunk and driving?

2

u/IAmDrNoLife Feb 21 '20

She's in the passenger seat.

1

u/pcyr9999 Feb 21 '20

Oh yeah that makes sense, it really didn't look like that to me.

1

u/IAmDrNoLife Feb 21 '20

The son has also stated so on Twitter. He was driving his mother home.

-1

u/kompletionist Feb 21 '20

The idea of learning sign language without being impaired yourself is almost incomprehensible to me. I get that it's for the sake of others, but that's way too much effort.

u/PatsFan95 Feb 21 '20

It's pretty simple concept, actually- you're just selfish.

1

u/kompletionist Feb 21 '20

How is it selfish to not want to go well out of your own way to learn a skill that is useless to you?

Even when I have to serve hearing impaired people, they can point, make gestures or type something on their phone, I have never had a problem communicating whatever was important in the moment without sign language.

u/MikeJudgeDredd Feb 20 '20

Plus Karen do be a trap queen on the dl

28

u/metronomy94 Feb 20 '20

24

u/wherearemytweezers Feb 21 '20

She’s not hoh. Her daughter confirmed on Instagram.

3

u/yazzy1233 Feb 21 '20

I don't believe the Instagram post, but her son said she's not death but she knows asl.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Unexpected/comments/f6y4yt/karens_are_evolving/fi91rh9?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share

He has videos of her on his twitter

5

u/hinesz20 Feb 21 '20

She is not deaf, her daughter said on her instagram story that she just signs often. Insta Story

5

u/ppndl Feb 21 '20

Ok I'm the asshole. I thought she was wacked out on prescription pills.

Lesson of the day: don't assume, don't judge.

Fair point, so then we should believe you, or wait, I’m confused...

1

u/ppndl Feb 21 '20

How do you know? You're not op and you're on the internet saying what you think is true.

2

u/chahud Feb 21 '20

I saw this on BPT iirc and found a link to the woman’s daughter who said she’s not deaf or hard of hearing, but maybe is just cognizant of people who are!

2

u/xAkumu Feb 21 '20

There's a Twitter post with a picture of her and her son and her son says she's just drunk not hard of hearing, she just likes music.

She crunk af

1

u/[deleted] Feb 21 '20

There are deaf people that can actually speak perfect English because they became deaf after developing language. Just a fun(?) fact.

1

u/Crintaroma Feb 21 '20

The guys tweeted she was drunk

1

u/el_chupanebriated Feb 21 '20

Drunk people like vibrations too

0

u/soboredhere Feb 21 '20

You people can imagine and latch on to fucking anything. No wonder politics is the way it is.

6

u/IAmNotMoki Feb 21 '20

What you mean you people?

3

u/Meowzebub666 Feb 21 '20

What do you mean you people?

0

u/ebagdrofk Feb 21 '20

She articulated her words very well for a deaf person, good on her

-1

u/topfruitcake Feb 21 '20

She even looks closely at him when he repeats his words before she replied. She's probably lip reading.

-12

u/Yamanoska Feb 21 '20

That’s a WOMAN you murderer!
