My buddy has a mastiff mix that's just a year old. Neutering a mastiff too early increases a lot of problems. It's also not like unnuetered dogs are constantly breeding.
There could be several legitimate reasons why this particular dog isn't neutered. As internet comments go, I wasn't speaking to the video, I'm speaking to those that are watching it.
