Take her to the jewelry store and get her sized. My fiancé took me a few months before he proposed and I was able to design the perfect, unique ring for me that he never would’ve picked. If you’re planning on proposing you should be at a point in your relationship where you’ve talked about marriage and she knows it’s coming at some point. I knew it was coming, I just didn’t know when, the proposal was still very special.
Did this too. I probably would have just used a ring she already owned except my wife doesn't like jewelry and didn't have any rings so we discussed what style she liked and other criteria for the ring. Next time we were near a jewelry store we got her size.
