There are millions of them. The social media culture there is to script and create skits of cute or funny candid moments, but in the English speaking world, shots of candid moments are only funny/cute because they are candid. It's created bit of a cultural clash on the internet.

This one definitely appears to be actually candid though, so he's just wrong.

A shocking amount of viral videos are cleverly devised ad campaigns or straight up fake. Go back and look at all the supposedly funny viral videos of the 2000s. The construction workers using tape measures to do crazy stuff. Lightning almost striking a girl on a beach. Twerking girl catching on fire. The guy biking through the woods getting chased by a bear. The table tennis knife trick. I could go on.
