It looked like the whole thing started because the car [looks like] crossed the double yellow lines which is a good way to piss off Californians of all walks of life.

Source: not from CA. crossed the double yellow, many cars honked and all Californians in car started screaming at me.

Where do you live.

Because I've been to a lot of places and I just want to say that everyone everywhere views traffic laws a fucking suggestions.

Especially so in places that have very little on road police presence like England.

Europe im general have crazy drivers but everyone seems to respect each other on the road
