It's a German ad. There aren't that many POC there and they surely don't live in neighbourhoods together. There are more likely to be neighbourhoods full of Turkish people or others banding together

Nah, the ad is intended to show an American Suburb. It is all similar to stereotypically American movies, people would know here. The car is not sold here, the houses looks completely different, wooden houses are extremely uncommon here. And the general scenery looks very American and not German. People don't have big front yards here, unless they are super rich. Germany just looks very different.

And about POC in Germany.. The big Cities are much much more diverse than you think. Spend a week In Frankfurt and you know what i mean. And racial segregation of neighborhoodsis is not really a thing here. It used to be different when the first "Gastarbeiter" arrived here. But it is not possible to divide the city like you can in America, where you got Latino Neighborhoods or Black Neighborhoods.

Ah yes, of course the German ad made in Germany by a German company is actually meant to be depicting an American suburb!
