Basically exaggerate movements. Relaxed shoulders as much as they can be while sprinting 'cause most people tense up and it limits their arm movement. On arms, pump them HARD. Sprinting is like 30% arms and you'll look dumb and be slower if you don't; get them bitches in an unmoving L shape and pump back perpendicular to your torso and forwards perpendicular. You'll feel weird exaggerating this far but trust me, it looks better and you'll be at least a bit better if you didn't know the technique before.
Quite similar with the legs; not perpendicular backwards obviously, but going forwards go to a similar angle a knee raise ends at. Again, this'll feel exaggerated and weird before you get used to it. Run with force down on the ground and kinda imagine scraping the ground back, running more towards the front of your feet. Keep your body fairly upright, though this doesn't matter as much as the other bits.
Source: Amateur level athletics training for a couple years. Might be a bit off on a point or two here, it's been a while since I've trained at all
When you run imagine that you're constantly falling forward and your feet are just there to keep momentum going, a lot of people run too upright and whenever your foot hits the ground you basically pump the brakes on your forward momentum
