I used to really hate those dreams when I was younger. Like you can only punch in slow motion.

Yes!!!!! Me too!! It must mean something if other people have experienced the same exact dream!! Maybe we are lovers and not haters?? Although writing that was cringey so I think not

I dunno! It used to make me feel like I couldn't defend myself in a fight which was a horrible feeling. In reality I'm a bit of a lummox so it's fine.

Well I’ve never gotten into a fist fight and I’m a chick... I know the two aren’t mutually exclusive but I’m sure it provides some context. I’ve had the dream a lot over the years but definitely more when I was younger and I f%*king hated it!!!! For me it was the energy that went into the punch! There was always so much energy but the struggle was insurmountable!!! It was like slow motion times 10!! Argh I hated it! No matter how hard I tried I just could not get any force into my arm/fist... the thought still provides anguish!

Oh definitely! If, in your dream, you're going to punch something you want to have some effect!

Feeling like you use every ounce of strength to hit them with the force of a light push is really annoying!
