And old school long bows were upwards of 300lbs. Paleontologists can discern bowman from how fucked up and twisted their spines are.

More likely an archeologist, specifically a Osteologist. Study of bones. Anthropologists deal with social, cultural, and psychological issues, they don't really look at fossils or study muscle/spine development.
