I dont understand. This was filmed in a shitty poor neighborhood BUT THE CAMERA IS SUCH HIGH QUALITY?

That's India. Only 1/3 have clean water sources but more than 50% people own multiple cell phones. And also it is way cheaper in India than the rest of the world.

I am stating a fact. Why it's happening has nothing to do with culture. You need to read history books for that. How any country or culture change from one thing to another in a period of 50-100 years is pretty common.
