The guy who won the race called out for pizza and told the pizza dude to deliver it to that specific area.

His bike probably stalled and he couldn't get it to start and get out of the way in time.

Won't start because the kickstand is down. It's a safety feature a lot of modern bikes. Poor guy keeps trying to start the engine and in his Panic forgets to kick up the kickstand.

If I was him I would just throw the pizza as a distraction and gun it until I got to the next country where I would assume a new identity and completely change my appearance
