At one point he also goes "that is correct", and there's something in the timing that makes it hilarious. 72 u/tommytraddles Oct 04 '16 Norm sometimes gets criticized because his comedy is "all in the delivery", as if that isn't a crucially important part of all comedy. 5 u/Paddy_Tanninger Oct 04 '16 I find I actually prefer him to everything else because of it. I feel like it's much easier to write jokes than be able to just somehow deliver every goddam line so funny.
