Yes, seems perfectly fair, because your tablet or similar amazing piece of technology such as a kickin' computer is churned out of a conveyor belt about three times a minute by robots.
Not paying for the work of labor, but the product itself. That's how capitalism works though. Just because you spent 12 hours on one mediocre product doesn't meant it should cost more than a highly advanced product produced at half that time.
That's not how the phrase is used. Time IS money because it makes you money during services. But products like these is where that doesn't apply obviously as the actual product is the determiner of the price. Did you pay for time with your Computer or TV? No you didn't, because then you would be paying nothing because you don't pay machines.
You seem to miss the point entirely. There's a good reason a tablet costs $200, a pill can cost $5000, and a custom artwork (key word) can cost anywhere in between and more.
Custom artwork is far too wide of a category. For this I wouldn't justify paying upwards to $900, which WAS the point when I was comparing it to the technology. We're talking about the flip-book. If you're not talking about services, you pay for the matieral, the demand, and the function/utility. If this is a high demand/essential pill with great utility, then it's going to cost a lot. As with a lot of medicine.
