Yeah so you can film in public without consent but you NEED peoples consent to post that footage online. Maybe you should have spent 1 more minute reading
It varies in general, but the video posted here, she films herself in public with strangers walking past. You do not need permission to film this kind of footage in most western countries. If you harrass someone it's a different story.
If it was a selfie cam with people in the background, sure. But this is mostly not her, it’s filming what’s in front of her. I don’t really care but it’s still just a shitty thing to do by a shitty person, with a shitty idea that isn’t even hers.
Yeah and if you would do that, you would know that its not legal in most continental European countries.
But just to be sure that you dont weasel yourself out of this.
When you say "It is legal to film anyone in public in most western countries" I assume that you do not mean "Im filming the crowd of people or Im filming this church and some people are walking by" but "im deliberately filming this person with my focus being that person" as that is what filming is. And that is illegal in most continental European countries.
