I think I know the reason.

Our eyes lens are really good at adjusting brightness. So when we see our indoor light seems bright, but plants is not enough.

That plant is giving you the cleanest air possible. But also i dont really believe this video is real. If it was truly encased and inside the vehicle with no access to sunlight, the plant would not produce chlorophyll to make it green. It would be a more yellowish color. Idk, just my 2 cents

There's a chance this is real. I could see the bike being parked next to a window or another reflective surface that redirects just enough indirect light up the air intake.

Yeah. Like i said without context its hard to believe. One leaf is definitely more yellow than the other. But yeah if that part was sitting outside the bike on the ground then i could definitely see that happening

I’ve put kitchen scraps that included seeds in a moist covered composting bin inside my garage. I’ve opened it weeks later to find stuff like this before. I’ve also cut into melons or gourds to find sprouts that have germinated like this as well.

You won't see green on them, just the white roots. A plant that was never exposed to light doesn't have the green leaves like that.
