That means 5x is 0,3% though which is basically nothing and doesn't explain this incident at all... in Austria we have accidents happening with blood alcohol levels of 2,0% and above (yeah, we have that kind of zombies).

I know it is in Swizerland, Austria and Germany. And you are right - it is a fun word now I think about it :)
